Founder & CEO.
I'm Alisha Shafique, the Founder & CEO of Neurovia. My professional journey has been shaped by two worlds that are often treated separately: the world of people and the world of systems. With a background in global operations, people management and psychology, I've spent years understanding how people think, behave, make decisions, adapt and perform within complex environments.
My deeper interest in psychology and neuroscience led me to explore the human mind beyond traditional approaches to mental health. Through my academic and practical experience, I became increasingly interested in the relationship between the brain, behaviour, emotions, sleep, lifestyle and the environments we live in.
That journey led to a simple realisation: we have an enormous amount of knowledge about the brain, but very little of that knowledge is translated into language that people can genuinely understand and apply to their everyday lives.
That is why I built Neurovia.
Mission
Neurovia's mission is to bridge the gap between neuroscience and everyday life. We bring together neuroscience, psychology, behavioural science and technology to translate complex scientific knowledge into simple, meaningful and practical experiences that help people better understand themselves and make more informed decisions about their wellbeing.
Vision
Our vision is to create a world where understanding the brain is a fundamental part of understanding ourselves. We envision a future where neuroscience is accessible beyond laboratories and clinical settings — helping people build greater awareness of their minds, behaviours, emotions, habits, relationships and overall wellbeing.
Neurovia is being built around one core belief: when people understand their brains better, they can understand themselves better — and that understanding can change the way they live.
