By joining the waitlist or using Neurovia you agree to these terms. Neurovia is a wellbeing and personal growth service, not a medical service.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate details so we can reach you with your invite.
Gold coins
Coins are an in-app progress mechanic with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. The 500 coin welcome grant is one per person.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Neurovia to harm yourself or others.
- Do not attempt to access other people’s data.
- Do not scrape, resell or misrepresent the service.
Professional care
Care services, when launched, are provided by licensed professionals. Neurovia facilitates the connection; clinical responsibility sits with the professional.
Availability and changes
Neurovia is released in stages and features may change. We may update these terms; we will say so on this page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neurovia is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of app content. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
