What we collect
- Waitlist details — your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
- App data (once you are inside) — check-ins, practice completions, reflections and the concerns you choose.
- Basic technical data — the minimum needed to keep the service running and secure.
Why we collect it
To send your invite, to show you your own insights and Garden progress, and to improve Neurovia. We do not sell your data, and we do not use what you write to VI for advertising.
What you control
- You choose what Neurovia remembers.
- You can request a copy of your data at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it.
- You can leave the waitlist by emailing us — we remove your row entirely.
Sensitive information
Reflections and check-ins are personal. They are stored with access controls so that only you (and, where you explicitly consent, a professional you connect with) can read them.
Children
Neurovia is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 should have the consent of a parent or guardian.
